Chuck is a retired Chief Petty Officer from the U. S. Navy.

After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Charles completed a Masters of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.

Chuck became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) while living in Canada

He made Aliyah in February 2022, first living in Herzliya for a few months and made his permanent home in Nahariya in May of 2022
