Because Olim Advisors is not a real estate company, it is in a unique position to help, without any conflict of interests, and guide Anglos and Olim through the buying process and ensure that they only work with reputable professionals.  Olim Advisors’ interests are 100% aligned with its clients and it’s only goal is to protect its clients.  The service described below was created with this goal in mind.

The service begins from when you sign up and continues for 6 months.  In the event that the client is in the midst of closing a transaction at the 6 month point in time, your advisor will continue to support you until the transaction is complete.

This package includes:
Initial Consultation– 1 hour video conference call to understand your situation and talk about your options in Israel.

Checklist– We will supply you with a detailed checklist to help us identify which communities are suitable for you and the type of homes that will meet your needs.

Overview of the Mortgage process – We will give you an overview of mortgages in Israel and go over a number of the key financial variables that may impact the buying process.

List of Communities– Based on your preferences and requirements, we will compile a list of communities that best fit your needs.

Introduction to Realtors– Once we have identified the communities that may be suitable for you, we will introduce you to realtors in our network.  All of our realtors have been carefully selected because of their stellar reputation and genuine desire to help Anglos and Olim buy a home in Israel.

Access to properties before they are marketed to the general public– Olim Advisors has strategic partnerships with a number of the leading developers in Israel.  Through these partnerships, Olim Advisors’ clients may be notified of properties that suit their needs before they are marketed to the general public. 

Introduction to our network of real estate professionals– In addition to introducing buyers to realtors in our network, we will also introduce buyers to other professionals who are involved in the transaction including real estate lawyers, mortgage brokers, bankers, etc. 

Ongoing oversight of the buying transaction– Olim Advisors will remain involved in the buying process of our clients’ home in order to ensure that our clients’ interests are protected. 

More specifically, this includes:

• Helping our clients to better understand the buying process in Israel

• Being in contact with the different professionals, if needed, to move the process along

• Facilitating the communication with the different professionals involved in buying of the home (contractor, builder, realtor)
